Terms of Service

HeyFyn is a personal finance tracker. You can record income, expenses, savings and investments, set budgets, view reports, and, with an active trial or subscription, use an AI assistant and WhatsApp features such as logging transactions by chat, reminders and daily summaries.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
• You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with Google. Keep your email account and phone secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Give accurate information, and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

• The free trial of the premium features lasts 3 days and starts when you verify your WhatsApp number. Each account and each phone number can have one trial.
• Without an active trial or subscription, the premium features (the AI assistant on the website and on WhatsApp, Savings, Investments, Budget and the spreadsheet export) are locked. Your dashboard, activities and profile stay available, and your data is kept.
• If a renewal payment fails you keep the premium features for 3 days while it is retried; after that they are locked until you pay.
• Premium costs ₹149 per month, billed automatically each month through Razorpay until you cancel. The price shown at checkout applies, and we will give notice before changing it.

HeyFyn is a record-keeping tool. Nothing in the service is investment, tax, legal or financial advice, and we are not a licensed financial adviser. The AI assistant can misread messages or choose a wrong category or amount. Please review the entries it creates; you are responsible for the accuracy of your records and for decisions you make using them.

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• attempt to access other users' data, or probe, disrupt or overload the service;
• use bots, scraping or automation to bypass limits, or abuse the trial with multiple accounts;
• send harmful, abusive or unlawful content through the assistant or WhatsApp;
• reverse engineer or resell the service.

We may limit, suspend or end accounts that breach these rules.

The service relies on providers such as WhatsApp (Meta), Google, Razorpay, OpenAI and SMS and email delivery services. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and your use of them is also subject to their own terms.

You own the financial data you enter. You give us permission to store and process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. The HeyFyn name, logo, software and design belong to Katlyzt Technology; we give you a limited, non-transferable right to use the service for your personal use.

We work to keep HeyFyn available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change, add or remove features, and may update these terms; if the changes are material we will notify you, and continuing to use the service means you accept them.

You may stop using HeyFyn at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or if we must do so by law.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.
